Sudhir’s foundation is as a hotelier, working in many positions, from front desk to general manager and ownership. Sudhir started his career during the Great Recession in 2008, where you can say that nothing was given, and everything was earned. Being the worst recession in the history of the hotel industry, this became the perfect opportunity for learning the ins and outs of the business, building lasting connections, and how to complete almost every unique type of transactions, becoming a huge asset to his clients. Sudhir has advised and facilitated several types of transactions ranging from Hospitality, Resort, Lodging, Note Sales, Short Sales, and REO’s sales. He brings a wide variety of knowledge and experience to every transaction he is involved in.

Fun Fact: Sudhir was born in Durban, South Africa and immigrated to the United States in 1996.

Hobbies: Golf, pickleball, and training and watching his two sons to play baseball, football, and soccer!
