Sheil Stampwala

Sheil Stampwala and Sid Tewari bring over three decades of experience combined in forming T&S Hotel Advisors. TSHA Is a full-service commercial brokerage company that specializes in Hospitality assets. Before joining, Sheil spent 12 years with Marcus & Millichap in the Newport Beach office as a senior agent specializing in multifamily brokerage. Sheil started his career in commercial real estate in 2008 during one of the greatest recessions of our generation. His strong work ethic allowed him to build and cultivate lifelong relationships while facilitating numerous transactions involving multifamily, hospitality, and land development. Sheil is known for his meticulous approach to evaluating a property, uncovering hidden value, and producing innovative strategies to maximize asset worth. Part of his role in this when changing product types to hospitality was to specialize in SRO conversions and alternative use projects. Sheil is a skillful problem solver that values relationships while consistently exceeding clients’ expectations. His goal here at T&S Hotel Advisors is to make sure his clients have the best resources at their fingertips while helping them create and preserve their wealth, whether they are buying, holding, or selling. Sheil is a graduate of California State University Fullerton with a Finance degree concentrated in Real Estate. Sheil lives in the Orange County area most of the year and lives part time during the summers in Western Wyoming with his wife of 9 years, and their 2 boys, Noah, and Elijah. During his free time, Sheil loves to play tennis, and travel or do anything where his family can enjoy the outdoors.

Fun Fact: Sheil has had a standoff with a Grizzly Bear in the backcountry.
